Singer-Songwriter, Drew Ryder Smith, Releases Debut EP

Drew Ryder Smith, well known singer-songwriter, producer, dog lover and more, released his newest debut self titled EP. This EP contains six songs that showcase his songwriting and storytelling ability, while his powerful vocals play in the forefront. Three of these six songs were released earlier this year as a trilogy, including “Calling Me Back”, “Don’t Wake Me Up”, and “The Bottom of It” and a single, “EXES" was released in September of 2022. Fans are able to listen to two new songs by Drew and will be thoroughly impressed.

These songs give a chill, indie feel while still keeping storytelling as a key element. Laying on the beach, doing homework, or going through heartbreak, this album needs to be on your stereo this summer.

This award winning songwriter has written cuts for big time country music stars Merle Haggard, Randy Houser and John Schneider. Drew has had the opportunity to perform alongside Lady A, Don Williams, Big & Rich, Merle Haggard and Lee Brice. He wrote with Rob Synder on Luke Combs “She Got The Best Of Me” and Driver Williams on Eric Church’s “Smoke A Little Smoke.”

Starting his music career at only age 14, he has had a successful career and is not stopping anytime soon.
