Country Newcomer DENNY STRICKLAND Ready To Roll With "How Far You Wanna Go" - New Single I

Track Available To Fans Today Via iTunes, Amazon, Spotify & Other Digital Retailers

Country newcomer DENNY STRICKLAND is ready to roll with a new single, "How Far You Wanna Go," impacting radio now. The track, a sensuous groove-oriented sing-along, was released to Country radio via Play MPE on June 8, and Strickland's promo team is going for adds now. Fans can add the track to their music collection today via iTunes, Amazon, Spotify, Rhapsody and Google Play.

Described as "youthful" and "hip," the new single is definitely Country, fresh and engaging. Pre-production has begun on a conceptual companion video in keeping with the single's theme of two lovers exploring the parameters of their relationship and the road. "How Far You Wanna Go" follows his recent TOP 40 MusicRow chart hit, "Swerve On."

The chorus of the new single should immediately hook listeners:

Whoa whoa halfway to Memphis baby

(Whoa whoa) All the way to Mexico

(Whoa whoa)

Deep in the holler baby

Only thing I gotta know is

How far you wanna go

(B. White, S. Pasch, J. Shewmake)

Strickland is striking while the iron is hot: the Arkansas native made his CMA Music Festival debut this year with two booth signings at the AT&T U-verse® Fan Fair X in the Music City Center. In addition, the entertainer wowed crowds during the week at The Wildhorse Saloon, Tootsie's Backroom, Rippy's Sideroom, Big Shotz, NStyle Country Plush, Manuel's and The Stillery. He was also one of the celebrity artists to participate in the Special Olympics Unified Torch Relay. The handsome young singer will hit the road in July on a radio promotion tour for the new single. Fans can enjoy recent features on Denny on the following media sites: Billboard, CMA Close Up, MusicRow and Country Music Matters.

ABOUT DENNY STRICKLAND

Denny's early career was guided by The Statler Brothers' longtime manager (and Bass player for Johnny Cash), Marshall Grant. Strickland soon found himself sharing the stage with legends Kris Kristofferson and George Jones. With Grant's passing in 2011, Denny took a brief hiatus; regrouping and re-focusing his efforts. An accomplished guitarist and keyboardist, Strickland has firmly thrown his hat back in the ring. He's touring regularly and rising to national prominence with the success of hit single/video "Swerve On." A former American Quarter Horse Association World Champion Western Pleasure winner (2007), Strickland enjoys riding for pleasure - on both his beloved horses and in his cherished 1968 Camaro.
